Can I cancel? Do you give refunds?
Yes. Cancel within 7 days for a full refund. After that, cancel anytime with written notice. There's no cancellation fee.
Can you promise a higher score?
No. Nobody honestly can. We dispute items we believe are inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable. Accurate, verifiable information can't be removed, and you can always dispute errors with the bureaus yourself for free.
Do you work in my state?
We serve Florida, Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Kentucky, Montana, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont and Wyoming. We don't serve Georgia. See states we serve.
